HOW DO WE SELECT OUR CANDIDATES
Each month we receive many C.V.’s which are screened by our fully trained resources to see if the candidates have the ability and skills that our clients have come to expect from us. Not all are accepted; in fact some of them would have fitted our criteria levels. When a requirement arises they are crossed matched within our data base system until one or several fits the positional needs for the clients.

At ROOTS, we believe that a job is only well done when you are completely satisfied. Our consultants contact clients to follow up on candidate placements, either permanent or temporary.
